Stephen Schaw Miller’s practice encompasses a range of Chancery work mainly focused on property or business disputes. He advises and litigates about dealings in and rights over land. His property work includes proceedings before the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, the Lands Tribunal and the Adjudicator to the Land Registry. In the field of company law, his experience includes shareholder disputes, reductions of capital, and drafting articles of association. He has acted and advised extensively in insolvency matters, both corporate and individual, on behalf of office-holders, directors and bankrupts and edits a practitioner textbook on personal insolvency law.
